Expected opening: November 21, 2026. Expected closing: April 26, 2027. Opening depends on enough snow at the 1191 m base, so it can move a week or two either way; with a 3275 m top station, the upper mountain usually holds out longer than the base at the end of the season. Closing tends to be pushed to Easter when it falls late.
Like most alpine resorts, Alagna Valsesia's lifts typically run roughly from 9:00 to 16:30–17:00, with the occasional night session on special dates. The exact daily schedule is published on the resort's official site.
The two weeks around opening day, plus Christmas and Easter holidays, are when sizes and the better models sell out first in Alagna Valsesia. Booking with the opening date already on the calendar — November 21, 2026 this season — is the simple way to avoid being left with what's spare.
