Vielha is the capital of the Val d’Aran and the place with the most hotels, restaurants and services in the valley: about 13 km and 20 minutes from the 1500 level on the C-28, with the Val d’Aran bus running up to the resort in season. Betren, Casau, Escunhau and Betlan are the villages attached to Vielha, at the same practical distance; Les, in the Baish Aran, is about 27 km away, right by the French border.
It suits anyone who wants lower prices, dinner out every night or days off the slopes around the valley (thermal baths, villages, France half an hour away). The cost is the car or bus every morning and the resort car park on busy days.
The properties below are the ones in Vielha e Mijaran sold by the resort itself: the rate is set by Baqueira and each skier’s lift pass goes in the same booking, with a single booking reference.

You pick dates, rooms and each person’s age: passes are issued by age (baby, child, adult or senior) and for the days you will ski, with optional insurance. On bookings with hotel and lift pass the resort adds €6.50 for document delivery; the rest of the price is Baqueira’s.
Payment is by card and is only confirmed if the resort confirms the booking; if there is no availability nothing is charged. Cancellation terms are Baqueira’s for that property and those dates, shown before you pay.
