Hotels in the centre of Val d’Isère (Val Village)

Central Val d’Isère is the original village: the church of Saint-Bernard de Menthon, Place Jacques Mouflier, Rue de la Poste and Rue Nicolas Bazile, with the shops, bars and ski schools. From here the snow front with the Olympique gondola and the Solaise lifts are a few minutes’ walk.

It is the best area if you want to eat out without a car and have everything close by. Hotels range from a 30-room family hotel to the five-star properties on Rue de la Poste.

Centre (Val Village): in the heart of the village, between the church, Place Jacques Mouflier and Rue de la Poste, with shops, restaurants and ski schools on foot; the snow-front lifts (Olympique and Solaise) are a few minutes’ walk away.
