What you pay to start: €0

Genuinely risk-free

You only pay commission once you have a booking you didn’t have. If none come in all season, you’ll have paid nothing and you keep the analysis and the online booking on your website. No minimum term.

One shop per resort

When a shop in your resort says yes, we stop looking for others there. And the first bookings of the season come in October and November.

* If you take payment online through our gateway, only a fee for management costs applies. After €10,000 in bookings we bring you, the commission moves to 20%. Want more? The Web Plan is €10 a week (10 improvements) or €100 a month (100).

“I already have customers”

Great: then you’re not after volume, you’re after filling gaps. Almost no shop is full every day.

• You decide which days and which gear to offer: open only quiet days, the ranges that move least or kids’ sizes.
• If a day is full, close it in the dashboard and nothing comes in.
• If you really are full all season, you don’t need us. And we’ll tell you so.

“The commission is high”

Compare it with what that customer would cost you: on a €200 booking you keep €170, from a customer you didn’t have, without spending a cent on ads.

• No pay-per-click, no ads, no monthly fee: only per booking made.
• The commission covers appearing on Google in nine languages, payments, alerts, customer service and cancellations.
• What you sell yourself, in store or by phone, pays nothing.

“What about double bookings?”

It’s the most serious doubt, which is why you control availability.

• Each product has its units; once they’re gone for those dates, it can’t be booked.
• You can require your approval for every booking: nothing is confirmed until you say yes.
• If you use Booqable, BRM or an iCal calendar, we sync availability so nothing sells twice.
• If you still can’t serve one, you decline it with a reason and we tell the customer.

FAQ for ski rental shops

How do I get paid?

Your choice. Usually the customer pays the commission online and the rest at your counter. If you prefer all online, Stripe Connect pays you instantly; without Stripe we transfer once €500 accumulates or after 30 days.

Do I have to lower my prices?

No. You set your prices and we don’t compare you with the shop next door.

What if the customer cancels or doesn’t show up?

By default, 24 hours or more ahead gets a full refund; less or a no-show, 50%. You can set another policy per product.

Is there a minimum term?

No. You’re not tied to anything and can stay on other platforms. Either side ends it with reasonable notice.

Who looks after the customer?

We handle first-line support. You have the gear ready and serve them in store.

What is the free analysis?

We check where you appear on Google Maps and Google when people search for rental in your resort, who’s ahead and what your website and listing lack, with the first 10 improvements.
