Today in Alta: weather, snow and lifts
The camera shows real visibility and snow on the ground, not the forecast. Snow depth by altitude — 2598 to 3373 m — and the days ahead are in the Alta snow report.
Which lifts and runs Alta opens is published by the resort every morning and changes with the wind: the upper ones, up to 3373 m, are the most exposed. If the camera is a white blur mid-morning, that is usually why.
