Driving in from France or over the Port d’Envalira, check Pas de la Casa: it is the highest sector and sits on the border. From Andorra la Vella, check Encamp, Canillo, El Tarter and Soldeu, the valley-side entrances. Ordino Arcalís, in the north, has the highest base in the country; Pal Arinsal is the La Massana ski area.
