Right now in Flaine: 4 °C at mid-mountain. Snow forecast at the summit this week: 38 cm. 7-day forecast for Flaine.
Flaine is a resort in Haute-Savoie (Grand Massif) (France) skied between 1600 and 2561 metres, with 265 km of pistes and 63 lifts.
The camera shows real visibility and snow on the ground, not the forecast. Snow depth by altitude — 1600 to 2561 m — and the days ahead are in the Flaine snow report.
Which lifts and runs Flaine opens is published by the resort every morning and changes with the wind: the upper ones, up to 2561 m, are the most exposed. If the camera is a white blur mid-morning, that is usually why.
