Right now in Lipno: 6 °C at mid-mountain. No snow is forecast at the summit this week. 7-day forecast for Lipno.
Lipno is a resort in Bohemian Forest (Šumava) (republica-checa) skied between 710 and 900 metres, with 8 km of pistes and 5 lifts.
The camera shows real visibility and snow on the ground, not the forecast. Snow depth by altitude — 710 to 900 m — and the days ahead are in the Lipno snow report.
Which lifts and runs Lipno opens is published by the resort every morning and changes with the wind: the upper ones, up to 900 m, are the most exposed. If the camera is a white blur mid-morning, that is usually why.
