Right now in Sugar Mountain: 12 °C at mid-mountain. No snow is forecast at the summit this week. 7-day forecast for Sugar Mountain.
Sugar Mountain is a resort in Carolina del Norte (Boone) (United States) skied between 1250 and 1615 metres.
The camera shows real visibility and snow on the ground, not the forecast. Snow depth by altitude — 1250 to 1615 m — and the days ahead are in the Sugar Mountain snow report.
Which lifts and runs Sugar Mountain opens is published by the resort every morning and changes with the wind: the upper ones, up to 1615 m, are the most exposed. If the camera is a white blur mid-morning, that is usually why.
