Right now in Ylläs: -2 °C at mid-mountain. Snow forecast at the summit this week: 1.3 cm. 7-day forecast for Ylläs.
Ylläs is a resort in Lapland (finlandia) skied between 200 and 718 metres.
The camera shows real visibility and snow on the ground, not the forecast. Snow depth by altitude — 200 to 718 m — and the days ahead are in the Ylläs snow report.
Which lifts and runs Ylläs opens is published by the resort every morning and changes with the wind: the upper ones, up to 718 m, are the most exposed. If the camera is a white blur mid-morning, that is usually why.
