Group ski trips

A ski trip for twenty, forty or eighty people is not twenty individual trips: it is a hotel with room for everyone on the same date, a group lift pass arranged with the resort, equipment ready in each person's name before the coach arrives, lessons for beginners and someone coordinating it all so the organiser doesn't spend a month on the phone.

That is what we do, with one difference from package agencies: we hire the equipment from real inventory at each resort and have our own profile of every hotel, so the quote isn't a generic offer but what is actually available for your dates. And with the group code, each person pays their share online and nobody plays the bank.

  • Student ski trips — Student ski trip to Andorra, Baqueira, Sierra Nevada or La Molina with hotel, lift pass, equipment and coach, and everyone pays their own share through a group code. Fixed quotes for student unions, societies and faculty groups.
  • Ski trips with friends and stag or hen groups — Ski weekend for a group of friends or a stag or hen party in Andorra, Baqueira, Sierra Nevada or La Molina: apartments or hotel for everyone, lift passes, equipment in each name and a code so everyone pays their own share.
  • Ski trips for clubs and associations — Ski outing for your mountain club, association or parents' group: coach, group lift passes, equipment for those without and a hotel if it is several days. Same quote process for 25 or 100 people, and each member pays their own share.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the group. How many you are, rough dates, where you leave from and what you need: accommodation, lift passes, lessons, equipment, coach. A two-minute form.
  2. We send the quote. Per person and itemised, with the real accommodation options for your dates and the resort's group rate. You decide what goes into the shared price.
  3. Everyone pays their share. We open a group code: each person books their equipment and lift pass and pays online. The organiser only confirms the hotel and the coach.
  4. You arrive and it's all ready. The equipment is waiting in each name at the resort shop, the lift passes are issued and the lessons booked. The coach arrives and you ski.
